Forgotten House

On the Etruscan hills is this ancient abandoned court, in a village that sinks its roots in the distant 1300.
To have it built as we see it today was a figure of great importance in the area, which many even called “enlightened”: philanthropist, benefactor, high-ranking, with a great passion for culture and great entrepreneurial intuition.
In fact he was the first to market a very famous Italian wine. All that remains of his empire now is a large court in ruins, seized and auctioned for just under two million euros.
The structure (with huge annexed park) was in fact inherited first by his son, another well-known businessman in the valley, and then by his descendants who used it as a B&B before the failure.
