A futuristic project for a rotating house, built in the 1930s, could rotate 360 degrees to regulate its internal climate based on the sun, improving energy efficiency. Made with materials and design derived from nautical and aeronautical sectors to be light and insulated, it recalls the shape of a lighthouse. The luxurious interior included a primitive home automation system, which could also control the rotation of the house by operating diesel engines.
